Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Backlinku, an AI-driven platform for purchasing and managing contextual backlinks to boost your site’s search performance. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Backlinku’s website, dashboard, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “User”: any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Service.
  • “Account”: your Backlinku user profile, created upon registration.
  • “Backlinks”: contextual link placements offered via the Service.
  • “Content”: any text, data, files (e.g., DOCX uploads), or other materials you submit through the Service.
  • “Order”: a purchase request for one or more Backlinks, including associated content requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts.
  2. Registration Data: You agree to provide accurate corporate email, name, company details, billing info, and to keep them up-to-date.
  3. Credentials: You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. All activities under your Account are deemed performed by you.

4. Services & Orders

  1. Service Description: Backlinku enables you to browse domains, add to cart, specify content requirements, and place Orders. You may track Order status through “Action Required,” “In Progress,” and “Live” dashboards.
  2. Content Requirements: For each Order, you must supply the required content (anchor text, target URL, copy guidelines, etc.) via the “Update Content” feature.
  3. Domain Blacklist: You may blacklist domains to exclude them from market listings.

5. Payment & Refunds

  1. Pricing: All prices are displayed in your Account in your chosen currency.
  2. Payment Methods: Stripe or wire transfer, chosen at checkout. Orders remain “Invoice Awaiting Payment” until receipt.
  3. Refunds: Once an Order moves to “In Progress” or beyond, it is non-refundable, except at Backlinku’s sole discretion for errors or dissatisfaction arising from our fault.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful Content.
  • Circumvent any technical protection measures.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. Our Rights: Backlinku and its logos, designs, source code, and platform features are owned by us or our licensors.
  2. Your Content: You grant Backlinku a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your Content solely for providing the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  1. “As-Is”: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  2. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backlinku’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, but Sections 7–12 survive.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time; we’ll notify you and post the updated version on our site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
